By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or engage our services.

Qais Yasir Accounting Services provides bookkeeping, management accounting, VAT return preparation, and related financial services to UK-based businesses. Specific services, deliverables, fees, and timelines are agreed in a separate Engagement Letter or service agreement provided before work commences.

Fees are as agreed in your Engagement Letter or service package. Monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance. Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before commencement. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue invoices.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial data as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party except: (a) as required by law or HMRC, (b) with your explicit consent, or (c) to sub-processors necessary to deliver the agreed services (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) under equivalent confidentiality obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for: (a) any loss arising from information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete, (b) HMRC penalties resulting from your late provision of records, or (c) indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on qaisyasir.co.uk — including text, design, and structure — is the property of Qais Yasir Accounting Services. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission. Your financial data and business information remains your property at all times.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if: (a) invoices remain unpaid for more than 60 days, (b) you engage in illegal activity, or (c) the professional relationship becomes untenable. Upon termination, all client data will be returned or securely deleted as agreed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
